1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the lq777 platform at lq777.cam (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with lq777's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the lq777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and lq777 ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). lq777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and access real-money gaming on the lq777 Platform. This requirement is consistent with the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming in the Republic of the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification Process

lq777 will request documentary proof of age and identity from all registered players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys Card)
• Philippine Driver's Licence issued by LTO
• Philippine Passport issued by DFA

lq777 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where the initial submission is unclear, expired, or where there is reasonable doubt regarding the authenticity of the document submitted.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The lq777 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access in their jurisdiction. lq777 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on lq777, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, and complete.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the lq777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be investigated and closed. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be voided and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered account information. Any change in your personal details, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method, must be updated in your account profile promptly. lq777 shall not be liable for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues arising from outdated account information.

3.4 Registration by Third Parties

You must register your own account personally. Registration by third parties on behalf of another individual is prohibited. Similarly, placing bets or operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted. Any account found to be operated by a party other than the registered account holder may be closed without notice.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lq777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your lq777 account that is not shared with any other online service;
• Never disclose your password or OTP to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent lq777 customer support;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify lq777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Not access your lq777 account through unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate VPN protection.

lq777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section. Any activity conducted through your account – whether authorised by you or not – remains your responsibility until you have notified lq777 of a security breach and lq777 has taken action to suspend the account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your lq777 account must be made through payment methods offered on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 for e-wallet transactions and ₱100 for bank transfers. lq777 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment accounts that are not registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your lq777 account, or to a Philippine bank account verified in your name following successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. lq777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash & PayMaya: Average 15 minutes; maximum 2 hours
• Philippine Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): 1–6 hours during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days subject to card issuer processing

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

lq777 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. lq777 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where lq777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. lq777 may file a Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without notifying the account holder where required by law.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the lq777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for a particular game or market. Currency conversion fees applicable to international card transactions are the responsibility of the cardholder.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by lq777 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these General Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings are disclosed in the specific promotion terms available on the lq777 promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

lq777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome offers across duplicate accounts; placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players; or any other behaviour that lq777 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of the promotional terms.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

lq777 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion to specific player groups, geographic regions, game categories, or registration periods. lq777's decision on the eligibility of any player for any promotion is final.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the lq777 Platform are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server result, the game server result shall be deemed correct and final. lq777 uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all non-live-dealer games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot and RNG table game titles.

Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers and streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. The result of any live dealer game is determined by the physical outcome of the live game (card dealt, dice rolled, wheel outcome) and is final.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or a player's ability to complete a wagering transaction, lq777 will make a commercially reasonable determination of the appropriate resolution. 8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on the lq777 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during your account relationship with lq777;
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in real-money tournaments, poker, or live games;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using lq777 to launder money or circumvent financial regulations;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lq777 staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the lq777 Platform software or infrastructure.

lq777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lq777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and software, is the property of lq777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without lq777's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lq777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; service interruptions; game malfunctions or errors; failure of third-party payment services; or any other matters beyond lq777's reasonable control.

lq777's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your lq777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lq777's liability for death or personal injury caused by lq777's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination & Suspension

lq777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• A requirement by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority;
• Extended periods of account inactivity, in accordance with lq777's dormant account policy;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or account closure request.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited in accordance with lq777's discretion and applicable PAGCOR guidelines. For terminations not related to player misconduct, lq777 will process any verifiable balance in your account to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any required verification procedures.

12.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. lq777 will attempt to notify the registered account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Monthly administration fees may be applied to dormant account balances as set out in lq777's current fee schedule, which is available from the customer support team.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, including non-contractual disputes and claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and lq777, you agree to first contact lq777's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. lq777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through lq777's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism as the relevant regulatory body.

For disputes not resolved through the above mechanisms, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

14 Amendments

lq777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, lq777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the email address or mobile number on file.

Your continued use of the lq777 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through lq777's customer support team.
